Warranty and Return Policy

Pioneer Engine Co., Inc. limits the warranty of all parts listed on the website to that supplied by the manufacturer of the parts in question. No warranty claim after 30 days from the date of purchase will be considered. This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, repair, misuse or abuse. It is also understood that the original installation of our products is performed by a professional mechanic. Pioneer Engine Co., Inc. will not be responsible for consequential claim charges such as labor changes, downtime, vehicle rentals, etc. all implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty. The remedies set forth in this warranty are exclusive unless otherwise specified by a manufacturer.

All returns must be pre-approved before shipment. Returns must be shipped prepaid and must be complete, unused, clean, and in saleable condition. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from invoice date. All returned items must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. All returns are subject to a 20% restock charge.
